Yay, got my book today :) Took only a week from the USA to Germany, too!
The layout really looks awesome and I look very much forward to reading the book in the next days. Oh and I have an Arthur sketch (was hoping for Gramp or Sheldon to complete my collection, but you can't have it all, I guess ;)).
