Dave, the book looks good. The only thing I'm not sure I like is the cover, cause it's so different from the previous ones, and I liked all those details on the covers you used so far. But seeing as it's not a continuitation of the storylines collected according to date, I guess it makes sense to choose a different layout.
I guess there will be a big overlap between this book and the other books? So you won't miss out on any pug strips (barring the traditional expanded storyline) if you only have the other books?

And any ideas when preorders will start?

It's not a "Sheldon collection", per se, so I wanted it to both fit with those books, and yet still look different.

Aside from a few bonus pages, all the strips in this book will be contained in past and future Sheldon collections (some won't see print again until the fifth book). This book is really intended for dog-lovers, pug-lovers and the like....who have been asking for one, big, all-inclusive book that's just the pug strips!

The book should be available in mid-July!

I'm still not getting the newsletter.

And I get an error message when I try to sign up again.

But that's what I've signed up for (or thought I had). I don't get Sheldon by email. I prefer to come here daily insted. (I have a whole folder with comics the update daily and just open them all in tabs and go do something else while they all load).

If you - or your snazzy new intern - could possibly add me by hand I'd be very very grateful. The email's my username mins the "the_" at gmail. Sorry to be such a crybaby.

The odd thing is, both separate lists contain your e-mail address...so you should've received one, if not two, copies of the newsletter.

It may be that your spam filters have keyed in on e-mails from the Sheldon systems. In any case, I'll go in now and send you a copy personally...with my apologies for the trouble.
