I'd go see it.
If it's anything like the Bob Dylan movie, Liv Tyler will play her dad in a few scenes, and she'll be the believable one.
Hey, someday there will be an Eric Clapton musical biography--the only two questions will be who will play Eric, and who will play the guitar?

When I heard what the plot of Mama Mia was I cracked up. It is the same as a movie from 1968 with Gina Lollobrigida, Phil Silvers, Peter Lawford, and Telly Savalas called "Buena Sera, Mrs. Campbell"

I will never be able to hear Dude Looks Like A Lady again without seeing Robin Williams in Mrs Doubtfire in that part of the movie where they used that song as background.
