Time is relative in Sheldon Land

Well, there's no need for denial here. Time is relative in comics. This final day could last all week long or be done after a single day. If I was him I would try to find some way to slow down time or move to the other hemisphere where spring is just now beginning. But, that probably won't happen. So just what grade is sheldon in anyway? 4th? 5th? 6th? Child prodigy in high school?

Ha! Just like Soap Operas! LOL

Has anyone ever noticed that in Soap Opera land, a single day can last a month or two? ...But holidays are ALWAYS on time! Talk about your screwed-up, space-time continuum!

But back to Sheldon, my guess is when you don't see Arthur, he's flying around the Earth, buying Sheldon some precious, precious time.

Okay, now I'm done wasting time. My bad.

I think Sheldon is in the same grade as the kids from Peanuts. I've noticed a lot of comics try to keep that vague. Otherwise, you start having to ask why Sheldon is starting in fifth grade every year.

But I don't think he's a high school prodigy, because there have been strips (waaaay back in the day) when he was in the same classroom as Dante.

And if you want proof of time relativity, Get Fuzzy is still running strips about the Olympics.

the paralympics are still happening. They probably have as much (or more) to do with olympian ideals as the first phase did.

I agree with that statement.

Word. Our royal family took a lot of flack for not showing up for the Paralympics despite going to the Olympics.

As for Sheldon, he's a graduate of Notre Dame.

Nah; either MIT or Carnegie-Mallon.

Oh yeah, I totally forgot he went to Notre Dame. LOL

Of course, I think Dave said that his going to Notre Dame isn't canon. Otherwise, his last name would be "DeBartolo"
