Star Wars Babies already happened, in a way.
Surely I can't be the only one who remembers the adventures of Kermit Skyhopper, Gon Zolo and Fozwakka?
Also! Just for fun, why not watch this.
It was fun watching you ink this comic (shows how exciting MY Saturday Nights are), but as I noted in chat then, it seems even beyond Lucas' level of weirdness to have Baby Darth and Baby Luke together (although another chatter made the best use ever of the term "baby daddy").
The Star Wars Holiday Special, of which I was just introduced to a few weeks back, in, hands down, the WORST thing I've ever watched in my life. And we watched it with the riftrax commentary (I can't imagine who could get through it without it!). There is really no way to explain to someone who hasn't seen it just how utterly bad it is. I thought of this immediately after reading the comic today, and lo-and-behold someone else has been tortured (and survived) just like I have!
In 1978-81 I was in Germany, staring down the Warsaw Pact across the Fulda Gap. Not a lot of US television made it onto Armed Forces Network except old B&W shows such as "Our Miss Brooks". Never saw this, never even knew it existed. Would love to see it, though, just for the chuckles and groans.
In Mississippi the Colonel Reb was removed as the Mascot at Ole Miss and a petition for the replacement to be General Ackbar of the REBEL Alliance has reached different news outlets including ESPN
I need to know - was the strip somehow inspired by the article below?

And my follow-up question to Dave is can I borrow your time machine..?
Thanks for this nice update on the Star Wars Babies.
