In my family we classify this as a method to achieve "flow through ventilation". It works - REALLY!
It makes me think of those bulbous devices used to suck boogers out of children's noses.
My brother in law suggested i use a neti pot when i complained of severe sinus pressure.
From what I understand it is basically a teapot and you pour a solution up your nose and it comes out the other side of your nose and drains your sinuses.
Does this work? Have you all used it? Did it make you feel better?
