I am grateful to the Iron Chancellor for my existence since it was his takeover of the Danish border states on the ground that the people were German speaking that drove a great grandfather of mine to slip over to Amsterdam and take ship for the US. (A grandfather came further north to make us Canadian but that's another story.)
